- Onerent only lists the property. We will show the property only if the tenant agrees and sets schedule ahead of time with us.
- Property marketing photos required from owner to list property
- Renters do not have access to any online account or dashboard.
- Owner will continue to handle all rent collection and security deposit disbursement for existing residents.
- We must have the following information: Full names of all current residents; phone numbers; email address; lease termination date and/or renewal agreement.
- During your residents' last month of occupancy, we will reach out to them and collect showing days and times that fit their schedule. This will populate on their dashboard so that showings are scheduled according to those times.
- Onerent then sends an agent (Mobile Manager) to meet the prospective renters and give them a tour of the home at the time requested from prospects. At least one current resident must be present at the property to let the Mobile Manager and prospects into the home.
- We understand that circumstances may change, so tenants will receive advance notice via text when a showing is scheduled and they can simply accept or deny a showing time.
