Guided Tours can get canceled for these reasons: 

  1. When a prospect has not confirmed their attendance; 
  2. When a Onerent Fielder is not available to give a tour on the scheduled date; or
  3. When the property has already been leased before a scheduled tour.

We rarely cancel tours, but if it happens, we will contact you and the prospect right away.

We also send prospects an SMS with a link to your property's listing page. There, they can book a new tour and select another schedule.

Prospects can also call our booking helpline at (408) 908-0998 for assistance. Our associates will be happy to help them book a new tour.
