Yes. However, keep in mind that both state and federal fair housing laws dictate which aspects we can judge a tenant on. The three elements are: credit history, background/eviction checks, and income. We typically require tenants to have a 650 or better credit and make 2.5x the monthly rent in income. These levels can be changed according to your preferences. The law also states that we must accept the first qualified tenant that completes the entire application process.
