To book a showing, a prospect simply enters their name, preferred email, and phone number. This allows us to have their information on hand and the POM receives this so they can reach out to them quickly and answer any questions. Once the showing is booked, the prospect will receive several reminder texts and emails, as well as links to the application and a survey to give feedback on the property.
