Onerent handles all inbound maintenance requests from our residents by allowing them to upload photos and details via their resident dashboard. Our team then prioritizes the maintenance issue and then works with third-party local contractors and maintenance vendors to address the issue. We will coordinate and communicate with the homeowner, residents, and maintenance vendor to schedule a time for our maintenance vendor to visit and resolve the issue. Onerent will also manage the billing for maintenance by accepting an invoice from our vendor and then deducting the cost of maintenance from the owner's next month rent payout. The cost of maintenance IS NOT included in Onerent's monthly management fee.
